Senior project: Driven by the challenge of limited access to ONGEKI in the United States, this project emerged as a creative solution to bridge that gap. It revolves around the construction of a custom ONGEKI controller, designed to provide the arcade experience to players who don't have easy access to the game. By using an Arcin PCB, an ELV-24M36G potentiometer for precise control, and Omron switches for dependable button operations, the project aims to replicate the authentic ONGEKI gameplay. This endeavor stems from a deep-rooted passion for rhythm games and a desire to share this unique experience with others in the US. Ultimately, this project stands not just as an example of inventive hardware design, but also as a testament to the spirit of overcoming geographical barriers in the pursuit of rhythm gaming.
